Wefel’s Group has a Customer Care Team dedicated to helping clients with any Medicare issues that arise.

After you enroll in a Medicare insurance plan, a member of our Customer Care Team will reach out a few weeks after your effective date.  We’ll confirm you’ve received your policy and ID cards, answer any questions you have about using your new benefits, and will provide you with direct contact details for our Customer Care Team.  This is the dedicated point of contact you can reach out to for prompt assistance with a wide spectrum of matters – ranging from requesting a replacement for a misplaced ID card to handling intricate tasks like resolving claims following an extended hospitalization.
